The candidates having passed 10+2 examination with Physics (P), Chemistry (C), Mathematics (M) and English (E) from Punjab School Education Board/C.B.S.E. or any other examination recognized by Guru Nanak Dev University as equivalent thereto with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate of Physics (P),Chemistry (C),Mathematics (M) and English (E) shall be eligible. "Admission is based on the merit of the candidate in the State Level Entrance Test (CET)".

Many renowned MNC's come here though works visit every year for on campus placements and about 70 to 80 percent of the eligible candidates does gets placed in these companies every year. The average package offerred by mass recruiters.
