Is it a Recognized University by U.G.C.?
The University is empowered by the University Grants Commission, to award degrees as specified by the UGC under section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. USTM has also received necessary approval from AICTE, New Delhi; NCTE, ERC, Bhubaneswar & Bar Council of India to run MBA, B.Ed. & LLB/BA LLB courses respectively.
What is the Admission Process for MBA?
For MBA admission, written test (USTM-CAT) will be conducted by University, followed by Personal Interview (PI) & Group Discussion (GD). Candidates having valid score card of CAT/MAT/XMAT etc will be exempted from USTM-CAT and such candidate may directly appear for PI & GD. The final merit list for admission in MBA will be prepared considering percentage of marks in the qualifying examination, score of USTM-CAT/MAT/CAT/XMAT and marks obtained in PI & GD.
