About College

AKS University (Amicable Knowledge Solution University) is an emerging private university of Madhya Pradesh. It was the proposal of the Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions to form AKS University. It is located in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. The entire university campus is spread over about 106 acres of land

  • The institution was established by an act of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Act number 44 in the year 2011.
  • The honorable governor Shri Ramnaresh Yadav  is an ex-officio dignitary and visitor to the university
  • The university has its own governing body headed by the chairman and chancellor
  • It also has an advisory board constituted by eminent citizens including IAS officers, scientists, doctors, educationists, corporate high flyers and other individuals who are recognized in their own fields
  • The university is an exception as it aims at spiritual development of students in addition to academic nurturing.
  • A special course Ancient Indian Science and Technology is on offer to instill a sense of respect and regard for innovations and developments credited to our illustrious forefathers
  • The Engineering Projects in National Service project is just one of many social and community service programs that are compulsory for students. The university offers a gamut of exciting courses backed up by facilities for innovation and practical training.

Library
  • The library has a huge collection of books, journals and reference books. There are many national and international.
  • The library provides a student with all the books that he or she can seek. It has a powerful internet connection too. 

Hostel
  • The hostels have all required provisions for comfort and safety. 
  • There are rooms on sharing as well on single basis.
  • The principle for booking is simple: First come, first served.
  • The facility of off campus hostel is also there for the students.

Scholarship

There are various scholarships for national award winners, national level sportsmen/women, president’s award winners, physically handicapped individuals, and gallantry award winners, dependents of former men in service or freedom fighters and the like. Scholarship amounts range from 10% to 30% in usual cases.  

  • The scholarship amount is 75% of the fees for students getting 95% and above. With the increase in percentage, the scholarship amounts keep on climbing
  • A minimum scholarship amount of 10% is always applicable here.

      AKS University's library has a huge collection of books, journals and reference books. There are many national and international. The hostels have all required provisions for comfort and safety. Campus was soo big and there was no social and political issue. and university organised sport week and inter state university football camp. an etc. All my faculty was experienced and have degrees from reputed indian and for foreign university. Different types of events which are held in our college.

      AKS University placement is good. Around 30 student in my batch and 19 got company placement and 2 got abroad for Ph.D.. Company offered good salary package to the selected students.

      The training and placement cell plays a vital role in bringing the students and industrial community together for a mutually satisfying employment relationship. Our college has the contact with different companies and may companies come in our college for giving placement or jobs. In previous session our 60 students were selected for the job training. It means will be in government job after their training.
