The Kerala University of Health and Sciences (KUHS) is one of the premier medical universities in the Kerala. It came into existence to ensure appropriate and organized teaching, research and training in the latest Medicine Sciences, Homoeopathy and Indian Medicine Systems such as Ayurveda, Siddha and Yoga. There are a total of 249 professional colleges that have been affiliated to the university till now to engage in the line of work.
