      Admission criteria - 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biotechnology or Biology in Engineering courses, a candidate requires Chemistry and Biology in case of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the languages that the student knows. The student should have obtained not less than 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in the optional subjects, and will be henceforth, considered as eligible to apply to the course. It will be 40% aggregate marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category for Medical, Dental and Engineering courses, as declared by the government of Karnataka.
