required cut off is very low but try to get the best branches like CS or Mechanical or IT
Read Full ReviewThe companies that visit offer very average salaries from 3 l.p.a to 6 l.p.a on an average and if you are from CS/IT and is very good in coding, especially competitive coding then you can secure a very god package also like >10 l.p.a but some of these are also for very bad profiles, so it totally depends o your talent. but if i say R.O.I perspective, then the packages are good because your college fees is like around 2 lacs for 4 years.
fees is very less and they do offer scholarships
Faculty is very bad and the academics need an urgent revision.
There is no infrastructure, please don't even expect drinking water from this college.
i never lived in hostel but they are very bad because that e=was the reason i never preferred hostels.

Admission is given on the basis of rank secured in AIEEE. One must get a rank below 50000 to get into YMCA.
Read Full ReviewPlacements have tremendously improved in past 4-5 years, specially for Computer Science branch. A lot of great companies like Adobe, Amazon, Honda, Samsung etc are coming for recruitment. Salaries offered are also decent. However, some Electronics and electrical students face hard time for getting placed
A lot of types of scholarship is offered based on merit and disabilities. Fees is not much, economical.
Most of The faculty members are pioneer in their subjects and theoritical as well as practical knowledge is provided. However, scope of improvement is there as sometimes things are taken for granted and not done at a level at which should be done.
Library is average. Though gym and sports facilities are available but they are not up to the mark and no sign on initiative or development could be seen till 2015. Not aware of the current situation. Only Sports day is taken seriously.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it as : Quality 7 Hygiene 6 Cleanliness 6 Furnishing 7

What is the review of YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad ?
It's the 2nd best college in Haryana. The best thing about YMCA is its simplicity. It has got what it takes to be a good college. And it has got the precious tag of being a government college. It's affordable, got good staff. If they improve their infrastructure a little bit, then they can become better. There is so much exposure to other activities and I feel it is very good for students as they are able to develop their skills.
