The minimum eligibility criteria indicated above for each Programme is only an enabling clause. All hostels are provided with security guards round the clock. As the hostel run by the University have limited seats, those students who are unable to be accommodated can find alternative lodging nearby.

The department has 27 laboratories in total. The department ensures that all its labs are updated every year. Its labs have well equipped advanced machines and equipments that provide the facilities for conducting the experiments and training for the students as per the market requirement. For example, the department’s highly advanced computational research lab has all important mechanical engineering softwares like ANSYS, Solidworks, Matlab, Autocad, Fluent (CFD) etc. These softwares help our students in gaining designing and other relevant skills with are required by the industry. This computational lab is fully networked and can be accessed by students and faculty members through their wi-fi enabled laptops provided by the institute. Its recently developed Center of Excellence in collaboration with Daikin Air conditioners Pvt Ltd. to ensure hands-on practical exposure for the students and help them acquire the new technologies being practiced in the air-conditioning industry. Its Mechanics lab. Developed in collaboration with Beijing Wave Spectrum Science Ltd. with an investment of about 0.5 crores is an example of eagerness of industry to associate with us. For example, the department’s highly advanced computational research lab has all important mechanical engineering softwares like ANSYS, Solidworks, Matlab, Autocad, Fluent (CFD) etc. These softwares help our students in gaining designing and other relevant skills with are required by the industry. This computational lab is fully networked and can be accessed by students and faculty members through their wi-fi enabled laptops provided by the institute. Its recently developed Center of Excellence in collaboration with Daikin Air conditioners Pvt Ltd. to ensure hands-on practical exposure for the students and help them acquire the new technologies being practiced in the air-conditioning industry. The admission into the Doctor of Philosophy Programme is done twice in a year, i.e., in November- December and in June-July by holding an admission test followed by personal interview. NET/GATE/JRF/SLET qualified students are exempt from admission test. PhD is offered in school of Engineering and Technology (engineering, physics, chemistry, math, and English), School of Management (SOM) for PhD in Management, and School Of Law (SOL). Preference is given to outstanding students, who have qualified for the Doctor of Philosophy Program through any National Level Test like CSIR-UGC NET or GATE. A candidate can apply online or offline. For applying offline the candidate can download the application form from the website of NCU or can obtain it from the University campus up to the last date for submission of forms specified in the Admission Notice. There are no placements for MBA. Conflict is always there between the Placement Department and School of Maanagement so forget about getting placed from the college. Placement department is only concerned for placements of BTech Students only. No internships are offered by college authorities. No additional trainings. It is simple, the college is for a degree and you just have to wander company to company by yourself to get a job.
Fees & Scholarships
You need to score a CGPA of 9.5 or above only and that only can give you scholarships of a negligible amount compared to the course fee. Fee can be submitted either cash, DD or Cheque.
Academics & Faculty
The faculty possess normal experience of industry. There is nothing special in every faculty except couple of teachers who are well experienced. Else, faculty is neither highly experienced that a student could think of and nor supportive to students. Syllabus isn't upgraded timely and it remains same for MBA and BBA and even, the study material remains the same. Only theoretical knowledge and negligible practical knowledge.

WiFi is available throughout the college but you can access college website and college portals only. Infrastructure is neither wide nor small. Sports complex is present but not well equipped. Library is also there but not well equipped and runs out of books specially at time of exams. You need to pay extra at book bank in order to get books. Labs are well equipped.

Hostel... Initially, the hostel authorities provide good food but quality is ruined towards the end of the semester. Only veg food is provided. Rooms are well furnished in hostel. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained on regular basis in hostel.

Internships: - College does not provide any support for internship during the summer or winter holidays. - Placement cell is bad, isn't very helpful in solving your queries. The college rule itself does not allow students to sit for other companies if you are placed in one. They just care about their placement record. Average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA ranging from 2.4 LPA to 6 LPA. Priority is given to engineering courses over management courses such as BBA and MBA. CS & IT placements are better as compared to other branches. Internships can be arranged with the help of teachers but maximum times students themselves took the responsibility for finding the companies for internships. Personality development courses and extra curricular activities are also their which are helpful for overall development of the students and helps a lot in finding jobs at a later stage.
Fees & Scholarships
Fees is around 1.1 lac rupees per semester for engineering courses. Scholarships are available only for Haryana residents based on AIEEE rank and class 12th percentage, also the topper of batch also receives a certain sum of money around 25k to 35k in 1 year. Loan facility is also available as per bank conditions.
Academics & Faculty
Faculty is supportive and helps you a lot. Classes are conducted regularly and 70 percent of the attendance is mandatory. Syllabus is upgraded on regular basis and both practical & theoretical knowledge is provided equally. Lab assistants are supportive and helpful but self effort is required to avail the facilities. Professors are young and energetic and provide end to end support.

ITM university Gurgaon is deemed university located in sector.23 which is a decent location. Taking admission there in B.Tech CSE-IT is somehow difficult but admission to other branches like ECE, CIVIL,MECH and other management courses is not difficult. AIEEE(JEE) score is must with min 55% aggregate in PCM. No particular entrance examination required at all. Students willing to take admission first should fill up the online form after fulfilling the eligibility criteria which is clearly mentioned on website. They promise you of providing 100% placements and truly the placement is approx 100% but you have to wait and donot panic if not selected in companies passing by. They will bring companies for the entire year so don't worry. Companies like delloite, e&y, fiedilty, orange, daikin, Jacobs, globus eight , British telecom etc are comman coming for campus placement every year. Average salary package offered is 3LPA. In 2nd and 3rd year of your course college will assist candidates for their training which may be paid or not depending upon your skills. You will be prepared for interview and aptitude test using mock test help regularly. If you want to go into core companies then always focus on core subjects and remember always focus on your dream company and then prepare for that particular company instead of generalising yourself .

Academic wise this college is very disciplined which in turn provide you experienced and supportive faculty. Classes will be regular and 70% attendance is must or you will not be allowed to give exams. There is erp system which have everything at it to assist you like attendance, syllabus, timetable etc. Labs will be there for every course which help you to get practical knowledge .

Fully Wi-Fi enabled campus but some website like YouTube and Facebook are blocked to avoid it's misuse. Infrastructure is good with fully air conditioned campus with fully equipped. There is proper ground available for you which has football, badminton, tennis, basketball, carrom, cricket, chess, volley ball etc with all equipment and sports shields Library is very big with all types of books in it. Students are advised to take the text books from library only which avoids your investment on books. Labs are well equipped.

For hostel I cannot comment because I was not in hostel but my colleagues told me that it is good with mess providing fresh food to you. Apart from hostel , college campus is surrounded by P.G facility available to candidates so accommodating is not a worry at all.

The canteen is not big enough to house all the students during breaks. The library has a good infra as well but the books are pretty outdated with very few latest editions.

Infrastructure wise the University is one of the best in the NCR region. Good classrooms, labs, sports facilities etc. Solar panels have just been installed in the university. Discipline wise the university is strict, attendance criteria is strict. Placements are good if your branch is computer science, for other branches the core companies that come are few in number.
