Saurashtra University, established on 23rd May1967, is situated in Rajkot city of the Saurashtra region of Gujarat State. The aim of the University is to achieve excellence in teaching and research and to empower leamers in achieving their professional goals.

This University has well stock library. There are average teaching faculties. Facilities are good and growing day by day but qualities and helpful facilities needs to be focused like 24hrs canteen, hostelling etc. WiFi is not available at some places. All indoor and outdoor games facilities is provided.
