National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA), New Delhi was established in the year 1962 by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India as a UNESCO Regional Centre and developed into status of University in 2006. It is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). It is located on Sri Aurobindo Marg, in South of New Delhi opposite Qutub Hotel, adjoining to NCERT and Indian Institute of Technology Campuses.

What is the admission criteria for this University courses ?
Admission criteria for 1) Ph.D - Candidate should should have graduated in M.Phil. of NUEPA will be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. Programme after due scrutiny by a Selection or Admission Committee, if they obtain a FGPA of 6 or above on the 10 point scale. 2) M.Phil - Candidates should have minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC, ST candidates and Persons with Disabilities) or its equivalent grade in Master's Degree in Social Sciences and allied disciplines from a recognized university. Candidates possessing Master's degree in other areas may also be considered if he or she has teaching experience or experience of working in the area of educational policy, planning and administration.
