      Admission criteria for 1) Ph.D - Candidate should should have graduated in M.Phil. of NUEPA will be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. Programme after due scrutiny by a Selection or Admission Committee, if they obtain a FGPA of 6 or above on the 10 point scale. 2) M.Phil - Candidates should have minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC, ST candidates and Persons with Disabilities) or its equivalent grade in Master's Degree in Social Sciences and allied disciplines from a recognized university. Candidates possessing Master's degree in other areas may also be considered if he or she has teaching experience or experience of working in the area of educational policy, planning and administration.

      The campus is built over 3.75 acres of land. It has a vast library with an abundance of books, journals and e-journals. Students have access to the college's documentation centre, computer centre, publication unit, Hindi cell and a training cell.
