About College
Magadh University, Bodhgaya was established in the year 1962. It is the largest university of Bihar situated in a sprawling campus of 460 acres of land. There are 44 constituent and 105 affiliated colleges under this University. The quality of teaching, discipline and secular atmosphere attract foreign students every year which has offered a global halo to the University. The distant mode of education system has launched dozens of Diploma and Degree courses catering to the need of needy aspirants.

This University is NAAC accredited and UGC approved. It has good infrastructure. Library has 162161 books, 10 types of journals and 1381 menu scripts. The university has two auditorium with audio and visual facility. One auditorium has 350 seating capacity and another has 192 seating capacity. Magadh University has setup placement cell with the purpose of providing assistance and guidance to the students in achieving employment. The cell would also prepare a student directory which would profile the students and would serve the purpose as resource and for the representatives of the leading NGOs, Agro based industries, WHO, UNICEF and other social welfare agencies.
