About College
Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) was established in the year 1998. It is a Central University established at National Level by an act of Parliament to promote and develop the Urdu language and to impart vocational and technical education in Urdu medium through conventional and distance modes.
The University has established three Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and three Polytechnic Colleges in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Dharbanga respectively.
- MANUU is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC)
- The University is located at an outstanding central location-Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- The campus is spread in over 200 acres inland
Collaboration:
- The University has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Doordarshan, Prasar Bharti
- The University’s Educational Programmes on DD Urdu Channel have been telecasted daily since 1st January 2010

This university has a pleasant environment. It also provides a good placement. Teacher here is cooperative. This university provides the lot of opportunity to the student to show his strength. It has also a good location surrounded by many big companies. Administration building has also very good infrastructure. The hostel is also good here students are cooperative. University provides many type of scholarship university ground is very big, in which cricket match, football match is held.

What is the admission criteria for B.Tech and M.Tech ?

Admission criteria for 1) B.Tech - 10+2 or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biotechnology Language and any other subject with a minimum of 45% marks. 2) M.Tech - Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering discipline obtained through the 10+2+4 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. Note - A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC, ST candidates for above courses.
