The St Albert’s College is a renowned educational institute located in Kerala and founded by Dr. Joseph Attippetty. He was the first Indian Archbishop hailing from the Archdiocese of Verapoly. Originally this college was started in 1892 by Dr. Leonardo Mellano as St Albert’s High School. It was upgraded in 1946 to Second Grade College and in the formative years got due recognition as St Albert’s College. After achieving several significant milestones, St Albert’s College which has a century-old history is today known for housing the biggest IGNOU center as well in South India.
