J.K.K Muniraja College of Technology is founded by industrialist and philanthropist, J.K.K Muniraja with a basic objective of providing education par excellence. The college initiates to build up scientific temper and an excitement of discovering new fields within its students. - Lot of Importance Given To Discipline: There is a lot of stress upon culmination of discipline in the students. The students are not allowed to bring any mobile or camera or walkman on the college campus,as well as, are prohibited from ragging, smoking, drinking, play cards, use mobile phones, discussion about politics and religion in the hostel. The students are not allowed to do an experiment in the laboratory if they do not submit records of their previous experiments.
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs): In the year of 2009, MOUs were signed with two leading companies of the country: BSNL and HCL Technologies. Under this MOU, placements and training program are given by the companies.
