Wahikom Mani's Girls’ College is located at Thoubal Okram, Manipur. The institution was established in the year 1980 with great enthusiasm. The institute was started by some local educationists, local people and social workers for the promotion of higher education of females in order to increase the rate of women's literacy. The college was formerly known as "Thobal girls" college. The college's present foundation was laid down in the year 1981. The Institute promotes women's higher education in rural areas from 10+2 to degree levels. The Institute is now affiliated to the Manipur University. The college has two units of National Service Scheme (NSS), namely Unit 1 and Unit 2.
