The vision of the institute was the establishment of centre of excellence to nurture young human resource in order to produce confident, self reliant & responsible youth for the service of Indian Society & World at large, preserving the integrity & sanctity of human values.  MR DAV College of Education offers various courses like D.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed. & D.Ed. Spl. Ed (MR) Programmes. The College is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) , Government of India , State Government of Haryana and is affiliated to MD University , Rohtak. The D.Ed. Spl. Ed (MR) course is approved by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), New Delhi.
