Choudwar College, Cuttack was established in 1968. It is affiliated to Utkal University, Bhubanesvar. It is recognized by UGC under section 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act. It is accredited with Grade ‘B++’ by NAAC. The College aims at the all-round development of the students by providing opportunities to achieve excellence through sports and games. The college has achieved the unique distinction of being one of the foremost colleges of Orissa by maintaining commendable position in respect of teaching, learning, discipline. The mission of the college is to serve as the centre of knowledge and enlightenment. The vision of the college is to make quality the defining dement of higher education in India through a combination of self and external quality evaluation, promotion and sustenance initiatives. It is located in industrial town of Choudwar, 08 kms away to the north of Cuttack city.
