Harkamaya College of Education is located in East Sikkim. It is s self-financed institute. It believes that learning happens in the calm and disciplined atmosphere. It sees college's success in the success of its student. Its vision is to prepare and train resourceful and skilled teachers. They believe teachers are the pillars of our educational society. In order to produce quality students, we first need to have quality teachers.  Its mission is to make teachers as leaders of emerging society in the coming future and who shows self-responsibility.
