Shikshan Mandir Society is the force running behind the progress of the institution. It being administered for girls only tries to recognize their power and works to address their concerns, upliftment and guidance in the challenges for life. It tries to make the journey of girls better and well supplemented with the vocational training provided by the same too. It is meant for the various categories of women; be it for the girl, women or the left ones by family and society. The society runs three additional organizations under its own banner- Pushpavati Khushal Gulve Girls School, Abhinav Primary School and Uday Shishu Vihar.

1. Research Oriented Approach- Faculty members have great experience in the field of research. Various standards of work have been carried out in different sectors by them. It comes as a highly positive trait to follow the college and its research works. Studies like- Difficulties faced by handicapped students, attendance and quality of education in Mahatma Fule Education centre and many more do roll down a research principle that has been integrated to the practical approach of learning.
2. Library for the best reference- With a plush resource bank of 7634 books, 10 journals and periodicals; the library gives an access to students to study the best in class books for different languages.
3. Laboratories for the practical hand- Students are provided with the available instrument list to carry forth their experiments and other parameters of accessing practical knowledge too. Instruments and devices pertaining to all the subjects are wisely made available for their educational consumption.
