Adarsh Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha's Junior College of Education, Osmanabad was established with the primary objective to impart education to the students who were not able to afford education in the rural areas of the district. Under the dynamic leadership and guidance of Shri Tikle Guruji, the founder secretary of the group, the college was founded with spirit. The group tries to offer quality education to the needy people and desires to match the standards with those of the colleges in urban areas. The college desires to achieve landmarks in several ways and groom students for the future.                 With well-designed infrastructure, the college has equipped the classes with physical facilities as well as instructional ones. All the branches are provided with playgrounds, science laboratories, free computer education as well as library facilities.

1. Advanced Infrastructure – The junior college offers complete infrastructure for the education, training and development of the students. With the provision of classrooms, ladies room, study room, staff room, library room with reading room facility, psychology lab, micro teaching room, sports facility, craft and music room, office, principal’s cabin, common hall, playground, science lab and others, the college has good infrastructural facilities.

2. Achievements of the college – The college is reputed in the district for academic excellence. Two students from the college were admitted in Government Medical and Engineering College, respectively. The college has been setting high standards in the field of education in the Osmanabad district.

3. Extra-curricular activities – The college does not only concentrate on academics but has even made provision for extra and co-curricular activities. The girls’ team of the college bagged the silver medal in Kabbadi competition in the year 1998. Besides, the college even won silver medal in a science exhibition in the year 1999.
