The SJK College was established in 1971 and affiliated to M.D. University, Rohtak.

SJK college is accreditated by the University of Grants Commission. The Institute proffers

Undergraduate courses in Humanities, Commerce and U.G.C. sponsored courses. Mahant Jamna Dass Ji, the founder of the institution, was a visualiser of dreams for whom women education was close to his heart. He wanted the women to be educated and successful like men and to independent regarding jobs and career. The college is a blessing for the local poor people who never had dreamt of educating their children. The objective of this institution is “Vidya-Vivek-Vikas”. ‘Vidya’, the knowledge and education illuminating path to intellectual progress which is ‘Vivek’ leading to extensive development that is ‘Vikas’.
