Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management and Research offers both undergraduate and postgraduate management programs while laying special emphasis on Indian culture. Swami Parthsarathy, Chairman of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda International Foundation guides the principles and methods of the college. Its idea is to create a pool of individuals who are not only groomed to deal with the present demands of the global business workforce but also have strong intuitive insights and conceptual foundation. By doing so, it aims to contribute to the process of developing the country via sustained economic development. It combines both the western and Indian process in order to create the perfect blend of technology, excellence and wisdom. It follows the methodology of Vivek Management in order to transform a normal human being into a high profile management professional. Sri SIIM believes that it will be able to restore the country’s pristine glory by incorporating neoclassic management ideas and culture in its leaders.
