About College
Indian School of Business (ISB) is a private business school with campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali. ISB is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business – AACSB. It is the first business school in South Asia to be accredited by AACSB. The school was founded by two senior executives of McKinsey & Company and is governed by a board comprising both Indian and non-Indian businessmen.
- The Hyderabad college of ISB is extended over 260 acre with the world-class infrastructure.
- The center houses faculty offices, lecture theatres, and auditorium with 500 seated capacities, library and much more the effectiveness of students and staff members.
- This lies on the ground of Hyderabad which is a prominent IT city of India and economic hub for many industries.

ISB Insight: ISB Insight is a magazine published by ISB. It aims to bring the reader insightful articles and detailed interviews with business leaders across the corporate world.

Placements for classes of 2013 saw the highest number of recruiters in recent years at ISB. A total of 423 companies contributed around 819 offers which is much higher than last year

- The technology sector made the largest number of offers in year 2013 with 300 offers made by 53 companies including Apple INC, Cognizant, Microsoft Corp, Wipro Ltd, HCL Technologies Ltd, Facebook INC, Google INC, Hewlett-Packard Co., IBM etc.
- About 30 consulting firms including Accenture, Booz and co, Mckinsey and co INC, KPMG, Boston Consulting Group made 163 job offers.

Facilities:-

Academic Facilities |
The lecture theatres are equipped with broadband communications network, ensuring global connectivity. Audiovisual and video-conferencing facilities such as overhead projectors, LCDs, fixed cameras and touch-pad systems make the learning process interactive. |

Learning Resource Center (LRC) |
It is known as the library, towers in the middle of the academic center. It provides students with direct access to various printed and electronic information resources in the LRC. |

Accommodation |
There are four student villages around the campus. Student Village can accommodate 130 to 210 students in a mix of four-bedroom and studio serviced apartments. The apartments are air-conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with cable connection, voice and data ports for telephone, campus LAN, and the Internet. |

Sports and Recreation |
The recreation center has sports facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and courts for badminton, squash, table tennis, lawn tennis, volleyball and basketball. The campus also has a billiards room and football field. |

Other |
Shops and other facilities such as dining halls, a bank with ATM facilities, documentation center, book store, mail room, coffee shop, travel desk, etc. are located in the middle of the academic center. |
Events:-
- Solstice: Solstice is socio-business networking event which brings together ISB alumni from corporate world and faculty.
- Equinox: Equinox, the annual alumni learning and networking event is the perfect combination of learning and fun.

Scholarships:-
Scholarships at ISB are awarded on both merit and financial need basis to students, selected on the basis of academic and professional performance. ISB has doubled the total outlay of student scholarships to Rs. 8 crore. Some scholarship schemes are detailed below-
Diversity Scholarships: These merit and need based scholarships will be awarded to professionals from various sectors of healthcare, government, social sector, hospitality, media and in various functions. In September 2012, ISB announced 40 diversity scholarships worth Rs 2.5 crore.
Develop India Scholarship: The scholarships cover students' loan EMIs up to a period of two years. Students who aspire to start their own ventures also get support through the 'Develop India' scholarships.
