Entrance Exam & Admissions

The minimum qualification required to apply for admission to the MBA Program is a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 years of education) with minimum of 50% Marks. All the entrance Tests like CAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, GRE, XAT, IBL-TOEFL*, IELTS* is required. Degree in any discipline which is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. A minimum IBT - TOEFL score of 79 / IELTS score 6.5 is a must.

Entrance Exam & Admissions

I have completed my MBA-MS from Amrita school of business at Begaluru and studying in Amrita was the turning point of my carrier where i was able to boost up my carrier as well as my personal values. The procedure for enrolling into amrita is you must be having a good percentage along your graduation with more than 50% mark in MAT entrance exam, where you can register from the university website provided which you will be having an interview with the faculties of the college where your interest about the course and knowledge about the course completed in undergraduation will be asked for.

Placements & Internship

Internship is mandatory for completion of the course which will be for 2 months during the month of april and may just after the first year and university will be providing 100% placement assistance and the student can attend any number of companies until they get placed and the placement will be happening around the last 5 months before the ending of the course.

Fees & Scholarships

The entire fees will be around 15 lakh as being a dual degree program where you need to travel to US for a month for MS degree and in the following 1 year professors fromUniversity at Buffalo comes to Banglore for delivering the classes. The course fees include your travel expenses, accomodation, food during the Us trip during the commencement of classes at US and all the tution and accomodation expenses in Banglore.

Academics & Faculty

All the faculties are having a Phd degree and there are various visiting faculty also who is having a lot of industry experience.

College Infrastructure

Library is fully flooded by books for reference and also digital library facilities are available. The college ground is in hostel premises itself and gym facilities are also provided free of cost and hostel as well classrooms are completely connected by wifi.

Food Services & Hostel

Hostel facilities are next to college itself and it is having wifi vacilitirs where there will be 2 students in 1 room which can be visited during the interview times or before that also. Food served in hostel will be complete vegetarian. Every room has 2 beds, 2 table and chair and 2 cuboard.

      I took the CAT exam to qualify mysel for top B -School to pursue a course in Management. With my background in literature I had two choices before me. One was to proceed in the field of literature or to study MBA. MBA was a gateway to the corporate world. it gave me an opportunity harness my communication skill, people skills.The admissin procedure included writing the CAT Exam, Then the shortlisted candidated base on the percientil were called for a group discussion and personal interview.
