How to Apply the UPSEE Exam Form

• Visit the official website of the UPSEE Exam.
• Register yourself by entering the personal details like name, address, email id and mobile number.
• Upon registration for UPSEE Exam, you will get an official login id and password through which you can get access to the UPSEE Exam Application form.
• Fill all the necessary details in the application form. A candidate should provide the information such as Educational qualification, Name, Mother & Father Name, Date of birth, Parent domicile, Qualifying Exam passed, Identification details etc.
• After that, a candidate should upload the scanned copies of photograph, signature and impression of his left thumb.
• The photograph should be colored and taken in white background, in JPEG format and its size should not exceed the 100 KB. The dimensional size should be 3.5 c.m and 4.5 c.m. Similarly the size of the Signature and left thumb impression should not exceed 30 KB size and dimensional size should be 3.5 c.m and 1.5 c.m.
• After filling the UPSEE Exam form, make the payment of application fee.
• Before submitting the UPSEE Exam form, a candidate should check it for any mistake or errors. Even if some mistake has occurred by the candidate while filling the application form then he should wait for the opening of the correction window.

Mode of Application Fee Payment

• Online mode of payment is acceptable by UPSEE Exam authority; no other mode of payment is acceptable.
• An applicant can make the payment of UPSEE Exam through Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card.
