Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test [UPMT]

A candidate who is willing to apply for the UPMT Exam can fill and submit the UPMT Exam application form. There are two ways to submit the UPMT Exam application form i.e. Online and Offline. Steps and method for applying for UPMT Exam form are mentioned below:

Online:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPMT i.e. www.hnbumu.ac.in to register for the entrance examination.

Step 2: Fill all your personal information, qualification and other details as required in the UPMT Exam form and submit it.

Step 3: A candidate need to upload the recent passport size photograph in the prescribed format of (less than 50 kb) and signature (less than 30 kb) and submit it.

Step 4: After completely filling up the UPMT Exam form you need to make payment whether through Debit card/ Credit card/ Demand Draft or through E-challan.

Step 5: After completing all the steps, now you need to print your confirmation page and note down the Application No and keep it safely for all future                                  correspondences. 

Offline:

• Candidates who are submitting Offline application form of UPMT Exam can make the payment by using Demand Draft or E-Challan.
• By E-Challan: A candidate can make the payment o the application fee at any branch of Allahabad Bank just after 24 hours of printing the E-Challan slip generated after filling the UPMT Exam application form.
• By Demand Draft: If the payment has to be done using Demand Draft, the DD should be in favor of H.N.B. MEDICAL EDUCATION UNIEVRSITY, payable at Dehradun.

Note:  Don’t forget to mention your full name, address and phone number on the back side of the demand draft.

• After making the payment either by E-Challan or by Demand Draft, a candidate need to take a print out of the Confirmation page and send it to the below mentioned address along with Demand Draft or the university copy of e-challan slip prior to the given dates.
