Before start to fill the application form of MICAT Exam, a candidate should keep ready the following documents:
Follow the below-mentioned steps to fill the MICAT Exam application form.
For registration, a candidate has to first submit their name, email id and contact details. To submit details, candidates will have to agree the terms and conditions.
The form of MICAT Exam can be filled in two parts. The details of these are given below.
Personal Details: An applicant have to enter their name, date of birth, nationality, age, guardian’s name and academic qualification, marital status, gender, and work details of guardian in the MICAT Exam form.
Correspondence Address: Enter the address, contact number and a valid email id since all communications related to the exam will be sent the registered address by the examination authority.
Choice of MICAT Exam Centre: Select the choice of MICAT Exam center from the drop-down menu.
Upload photograph: Upload the scanned image of the photograph in .jpg, .jpeg or.gif format up to and should be up to 100kb.
Other details: In this section, applicant have to answer certain questions such ‘How did you come to know about MICA?’, the annual income of guardian etc.

After submitting all the required details candidates should click on ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed to the next page of application form. On submission, candidates have to answer the hint question and enter a password.
Academic details
Fill all the academic details of class 10, 12, graduation and master’s such as Year of passing, school/college name, percentage, and address of school/college in the MICAT Exam form. Save and continue the details and proceed to pay the application fees of MICAT Exam.
The application fees for MICAT Exam is INR 2100 for all categories which can be paid through credit card or debit card, net banking, cash at SBI Bank, demand draft and counter payment. Check below the details regarding mode of payment.
Through Credit or debit card (Visa/Master card) and Net banking
Offline Payment
Cash at SBI Branches, Pay at Counter, Demand Draft: Make a DD in favor of MICA payable at Ahmedabad.
After successful payment of MICAT Exam form, the last page of MICAT exam application form will appear where a candidate form can preview their application and make changes in it if any. Later, click on ‘Save and Submit’ button. MICA User ID and Password sent to the applicant’s registered email id.
The computer-based examinatin of MICAT Exam will be organized in 49 cities across the nation. However, GE and PI will be conducted at five cities - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai. Some of MICAT exam centres are given in the table below.
