How to fill JIPMER Exam Application Form

Step 1 - Registration and filling online form

• Click on “Apply Online”.
• Click on the link to start the registration process. 

Step 2 - Filling personal details

You will be required to fill the personal details such as name, sex, age, date of birth and nationality, etc. 

Step 3 – Identification proof and category details

During this step of JIPMER Exam registration process, You will have to provide your identity proof details. You can use any of the below listed identity proofs – 

• Passport
• Employee ID
• Aadhaar Card
• Voter’s ID Card
• Driving License
• Medical Council Card
• Bank passbook with photograph
• Domicile certificate having photograph 

Step 4 - Qualification details

You will have to provide the information regarding your qualifying examination, internship and medical registration, etc. You will have to enter details about the MCI registration number, university, state medical council, parent’s educational qualification and annual income, etc. 

Step 5 - Contact details

During this stage of online registration of JIPMER PG 2018, applicants will have to furnish their present and permanent address details, email ID, mobile number, etc. 

Step 6 - Choice of examination centre

You can choose the exam centre of your choice from any of the 30 cities allotted for JIPMER Exam. Exam centres will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis from the availability list. The allocation of centre is subject to the payment confirmation. However, JIPMER’s decision regarding the allocation of centre will be final and cannot be challenged at any stage. 

Step 7 - Upload scanned signature and photographs

Upload scanned passport size photograph and signature in jpeg format with size 300 kb. The photograph must be in black and white with a light background, and a placard indicating the name of the candidate and date of taking photograph. 

Step 8 - Payment of fee

The application fee can be paid via any of the following online modes only -

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net Banking 

Step 9 - Declaration form

It is mandatory to sign the declaration form to complete the registration procedure for JIPMER Exam. Check all the particulars mentioned in the registration slip and edit the same if necessary. After checking, click on the ‘Submit’ button. 

Step 10 - Login to view and print JIPMER Exam Application form

Take a printout of the enrollment form, it consists of candidate’s details such as personal information, qualification details and payment.
