Step 1: Registration and generation of user id and password

• Click on “Register Online”.
• Select “Online Admission” option from the dropdown display on the screen.
• It will take you to the Home Page of the Online Admission System (OAS) initiated by IGNOU OPENMAT Exam.
• Enter the details that have to be filled up in the “Student Registration Form”.

• Enter the mentioned security code in the form. By clicking on ‘Submit’, the candidate’s User Name and Password get generated.

Pay IGNOU OPENMAT Exam application fee through Credit/Debit/Net banking.

The payment window opens up where applicants must click on ‘Make Payment’. They need to enter their

Step 5: Taking printout of the payment confirmation page

Must print the payment confirmation receipt for reference purpose.

Documents required for the admission are given below:

• Attested copies of documents in support of educational qualification(s)
• Print out of this result card
• Paste your recent photograph and sign in the box provided above
• Hall ticket duly signed by candidate and invigilator
• Experience certificate wherever required
• Category certificate of SC/ST/OBC candidates
• Identity card duly filled up
• Demand draft
