How to fill the IBPS Clerk Exam Application Form?

To fill the IBPS Clerk Exam, candidate has to follow the following steps:

Step 1: IBPS Clerk Exam Registration: Fill basic information

Click on the link ‘IBPS Clerk Exam Application Form’
You will be re-directed to the enrollment page. In the registration page, select the ‘New Registration’ tab.
Guidelines will appear on the screen, read them carefully before applying for the IBPS Clerk Exam.
After reading the instructions, click on the ‘proceed’ button.
To register enter name, mobile no, email ID, security code.
On successful registration of IBPS Clerk Exam, you will get a unique registration number and password on your email id and mobile no.
Move towards the further steps to complete the IBPS Clerk Exam application form.

Step 2: Uploading of scanned photograph and signature

Candidates are required to upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature as per the specifications provided in the guidelines by IBPS Clerk Exam.

Prescribed size for photograph

Must be a passport size color photograph, taken in white background.
Look straight and ensure there's no "red-eye"
If a candidate wear glasses make sure that eyes can be clearly seen, no reflection I acceptable.
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable.
Headwear related to religion is allowed unless it must not cover the face.
Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb

Prescribed size of signature

Sign is on white paper with Black Ink pen.
Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
Size lies between 10kb – 20kb
Signature in Capital Letters shall not be accepted.

Step 3: IBPS Clerk Exam: Enter academic, personal and centre details

Fill the domicile, category, education qualification, nationality, state, details is appeared earlier for IBPS Clerk exam or not etc.
Enter the preference of all participating banks in IBPS Clerk Exam as per the choice.
The candidate should indicate in the online application the state to which he/she opts for provisional allotment on selection.

Step 4: IBPS Clerk Exam: Preview of online application

Carefully fill the details and verify it once before submission of the IBPS Clerk Exam form.

Step 5: IBPS Clerk Exam application fee & payment mode

Candidates need to pay the IBPS Clerk Exam application fee online by clicking on the ‘payment of fee’ link. An applicant can make a payment through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
