CEED Exam Process

To clear the CEED Exam the claimant should qualify to segments of the CEED Exam:

CEED Exam - Part 1 which is online test of one hour
CEED Exam - Part 2 a paper-based test of designing.

CEED Exam Pattern

To get admission through CEED exam you have to pass both the segments of the exam. Part A is an one-hour test followed by Part B which is of two-hours.

Part A

It comprises objective type questions (multiple choice questions, multiple select questions, and numerical answer questions)
Part A of CEED Exam is to analyze the various aspects of candidate such as visual, spatial observation and design sensitivity.
This will be a computer-based test (CBT)
English is the language of CEED Exam.
This Part comprises 3 sections of 50 questions: 5, 10, and 35 respectively.
You will get 60 min to complete CEED Exam.
Negative marking of 0.6 mark will be applicable in Section 1 and Section 3 of Part A CEED exam

The total duration given in CEED Exam is 180 minutes out of which one hour is allotted for Part A and rest two hours for Part B.

Part B

CEED Exam is a descriptive test where you will have to write the answers on the answer books provided to you by the invigilator.
Answer sheet has to be submit at the end of the CEED Exam.
The objective of Part B CEED exam is to test candidates' design, drawing and writing skills.
