Prerequisites of CEED Exam Application Form

Following documents and certificates are required before filling the CEED Exam form:

• Photograph in jpg format
• Signature in jpg format
• Scanned copy of degree / diploma certificate (.pdf file) if the course is completed. If candidate does not have the final degree certificate, the copy of the final year mark list or the provisional certificate can be uploaded. If the course is not completed, a certificate from the Principal of the college/ Head of the department (Appendix 1) (.pdf file). has to be uploaded.
• Medical certificate in pdf format

• PwD candidate has to submit request letter in pdf format for extra time during CEED Exam.

• Cast certificate in pdf format (for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates only)

• If the name of the person changes such as name on the degree / diploma certificate will have to produce a gazette notification, a marriage certificate or scanned pages of the passport showing the change of name (.pdf file).

• Experience certificate if any.

How to fill CEED Exam Application Form

Online Registration - Go to the online enrollment portal of IIT Bombay. Enter your valid email id and password. After verification, you will receive verification information on your registered email ID. 

Filling the personal details – Name, DOB, Mobile number, Address, Password, Confirm Password, and Captcha

Qualifying exam details – You need to provide your qualifying exam details like name of the exam, year of passing, mobile number and mobile verification.

 Login - Log in by using your registered email ID and password. After log in, start filling the application form by entering the OTP sent on the candidate’s registered number and fill the details such as Applicant Information, Correspondence Address, Details of Educational Qualification, and Examination Cities

Document uploading - Upload the required documents online in the prescribed format in to the CEEDE Exam form. Check the list of documents and their specifications to be uploaded:

Size, format and resolution of documents

Fee Payment – The procedure to submit the CEED Exam fees is online. 

Note: Rs. 500/- Late fees 

*The Service and other charges and the processing fee does not include.

After the fee payment, carefully check the details in the confirmation page. 

Check the filled form and take print – Check the filled details and take the print out of the same.
