The process of CAT Exam includes three chunks: Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interviews (PI). The candidate has to pass in all the three divisions separately. Along with this, IIMs also consider the previous academic performance, relevant work experience, and other related inputs which are beneficial for short-listing the candidate.
