AICET Exam Selection Process

To get selected through AICET Exam, a candidate needs to clear the following steps

• Written examination
• Interview round: It is the final round to shortlist the candidates for admissions. Candidates are evaluated based on the following parameters:

2. Aptness for the course
3. Overall personal achievements in academics and co-curricular activities
4. Communication General awareness and aptitude, creative and lateral thinking

AICET Exam Pattern

AICET Exam Pattern is such that the written test is divided into two parts, which are, the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and the General Ability Test (GAT). There is no negative marking in AICET Exam.

AICET Exam CAT

In this written AICET Exam, the intuitive ability, power of observation in concept development and design ability of the candidate is judged. Aspirants are also tested on creative and innovative use of colour and illustration skills. The official website informs: For students applying for Media & Mass Communication programme, verbal & writing communication skills will be assessed.

AICET Exam GAT

Total questions asked in AICET Exam GAT are 100.The language of the written test is English and the test duration is 60 minutes.

In order to secure admission in courses offered at WLCI, aspirants need to clear CAT and GAT written test followed by an interview round. 

AICET Exam Interview Round

The personal interview round is the last and final round to shortlist aspirants for admissions in courses offered at WLCI. The parameters on which aspirants are evaluated in the interview round are as mentioned below:
