Step 1: Create a login ID and password by visiting the official website of AFMC Exam.
Step 2: Click on the AFMC Exam Admission link.
Step 3: Click on the right-hand side “Login for UG” icon and register it by filling the necessary details such as full name, email ID, AIPMT Roll number, mobile number and submit it. The individual will get the password to the registered email ID and number for AFMC Exam.
Step 4: Login and enter qualification, personal and other details as required in the AFMC Exam Form.
Step 5: Upload recent scanned passport size photograph and signature in JPG format of size less than or equal to 500 KB only.
Step 6: Check all the filled details thoroughly and submit the AFMC Exam form.
Step 7: Once the AFMC Exam enrollment has been done, download and print the challan for payment of form. Write name and unique registration number mentioned on it along with the date of birth and mobile number.
The application fees of AFMC Exam is Rs 250/- by visiting the nearest State Bank of India Bank branch on the next day after generation of challan or till the last date of payment.
