The scope in endless, and that is why many engineers choose MBA after completing their degree programs. Management skills are necessary to survive in any given job environment. If these management skills are present with the adage of an eve-present knowledge of engineering, the scope is as described before, endless. Thus, an MBA after engineering is a very good choice if you're looking to rise fast in the proverbial chain of command. However, the quality of institution from which you do an MBA also matters a lot. Don't compromise for a bad college for an MBA degree.
