Hey everyone, I’ve been working with Shake Baghouse for about 5 years now in our manufacturing plant. One thing I’ve learned the hard way is that consistent maintenance is key. If you neglect regular inspections, especially checking for worn-out bags or buildup on the shaking mechanism, you’ll end up with major efficiency loss. I now schedule bi-weekly checks on the bags and quarterly maintenance on the shaker system. This has really minimized downtime. Anyone else got maintenance tips for these units?
