Dr. C.V. Raman University was started in the year 2006 with an aim to offer premier education to the students in a plethora of disciplines such as in Arts, Law, Science, Naturopath, Management and other courses. Situated at Kota, Bilaspur, this is a private University & is affiliated with University Grants Commission. The University, as the name suggests, got his name after Dr. C. V. Raman who was a noble prize winner of the country. Dr. C.V. Raman University believes in propounding world-class opportunities and facilities to the students who come to seek admission to Dr. C.V. Raman University. By offering a high standard of education to the students, the University puts emphasis on providing personality development and high intellectual growth of the students.

Hostel

Hostel life of Dr. C.V. Raman University is truly wonderful as the hostel is flooded with all the necessary amenities one might need. Common rooms with TV sets, recreational facilities such as carom board and other entertainment amenities are available.

Library

Dr. C.V. Raman University houses a large spaced library which is full of unlimited books, CDs, reports, journals, and titles covering each and every subject. The library of this University comprises of a Central library & other department libraries for the faculty as well as the students. The library has also good Wi-Fi connectivity in it.

Cafeteria

There are 2 canteens i.e. a cafeteria as well as a dining hall on Dr. C.V. Raman University campus. Here, at the Cafeteria, students can enjoy tea & snacks whereas lunch and dinner are offered in the dining hall.

The campus of Dr. C.V. Raman University has a proper Wi-Fi connectivity for an easy internet access. The availability of a Wi-Fi connectivity greatly assists the students as it helps the students to get enhanced learning on any of the particular concepts.
