Overview Information
About College
The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education is a deemed University established in 1995. It comprises of IBS Hyderabad (Faculty of Management), Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), Faculty of Law (FOL).
It was founded by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), which is a non – profit educational society. Founders of ICFAI were Mr N.J. Yasaswy, Besant C. Raj and Prasanna Chandra. ICFAI Group had established Universities and Business Schools in various parts of India. IFHE offers various UG, PG, Ph.D & Certificate programs in the field of Engineering, Management, Law, Architecture, Science & Humanities.
- The ICFAI (ICFAI) Foundation for Higher Education is a Deemed University under Section 3 of UGC Act
- The UGC (University Grants Commission) has given its approval to IFHE for starting of Faculty of Law and Faculty of Science & Technology
- BS Hyderabad is among the first three B-Schools in South Asia to be SAQS accredited by Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) in 2006
- IBS Hyderabad has now been accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council)

University is spread 92 acres lush green with build up area of over 16 Lakh sqft.

University has well-furnished fully air-conditioned auditoriums with state-of-the-art audio, video facilities and capacity of 250 -400. |

IFHE has well-furnished halls with seating capacity of 100 – 200. Campus also having conference halls with seating capacity of 80. |

Campus Central library has a collection of 75,582 documents, which kept open 15 hours a day. The library has been equipped with the latest software packages, CDs, Videos. etc., Latest 62 Indian and 46 International Journals, 85 Magazines and Research reports relating to Management, Science & Technology, Law and Allied subjects are made available. It subscribes online database like: EBSCO HOST, Econlit, Emerald Management Xtra, ProQuest,JSTOR, Science Director etc. |

The Institutes of Engineering and Technology, Management, and Architecture are well supported by state-of-the-art laboratories that offer skill enhancement and hands-on learning experiences in a multitude of domains. |

IFHE has separate hostel facility for boys (2000 capacity) & Girls (1200 capacity) within campus. Each hostel room is single seated rooms. |

The campus has a clinic round the clock with beds and 4 doctors with 2 ambulances etc. |

The campus has two messes (Sodexo & Fine Foods) within the campus. Also having Canteens Bru Kiosk, and Binger’s (Night Cafeteria). |

I am studying in B. Tech at ICFAI Hyderabad. There is a reason that people say that ICFAI is one of the best B.Tech colleges in Hyderabad because our college recognizes the importance of internships and placements. ICFAI will give you space and opportunity to grow. From quizzes to debates, from sports tournaments to cooking competitions, this college has something to offer to everybody. Faculty Resources The campus has a large and well-qualified faculty pool of mostly doctorates with rich industry experience. The faculty members are involved in research, case development, and industry consultancy.
