About College

Dhruva College of Management was established with the main aim of imparting management education with high quality standards so as to serve the nation.Dr Pratap Reddy, a pioneer and visionary in his own way, founded the college on the core principles “diligence, dignity, dhyana and dharma”, by now known as the 4Ds of Dhruva philosophy. It is offering two-year full-time residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, and Govt of India.

College lays emphasis on providing 'Integrative learning' approach which comprises workshops, seminars, market research, management games, internship, guided tours, quiz programs & industry analysis.Dhruva College mainly focuses on providing the standard education which can help the students to showcase their talent in every field. For achieving this goal, the college has well qualified & experienced faculty of all related subjects.

Dhruva has catapulted itself into the international league thru initiative and organized work. It was a principal co-investigator for  Global Leadership & Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE)-a project of Wharton School of Business.Dhruva has established "AHIMSA-Axis Hyderabad Indian Management Systems Academy”, a forum to proactively pursue leadership development anchored to ethics and ancient Indian ethos.
